BestAffordablePlans is an independent insurance marketing organization (IMO) connecting consumers with licensed carriers. We do not underwrite policies.

4. No Guarantee of Coverage
Quotes are estimates only. Final rates are determined by the carrier and subject to underwriting approval.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BestAffordablePlans is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by US federal law and the laws of the state in which services are rendered.
